Heavy turnout is never good for the incumbent. The Democrat might actually win this one. And just for those who think the tea bagger candidate is cannibalizing the rethuglican, take a look at the poll numbers over time. You'll see that as the tea bagger has slipped in the polls, the beneficiary of those lost votes have actually gone to the Democrat. Not even many republican voters want any piece of Ryan's budget.
